After testing various boat designs, Darren Abdilla was inspired to create a club-winning IOM boat, leveraging years of accumulated knowledge and research.

The IOM Malteser project, initiated in Malta by Darren Abdilla (MLT 25), saw its first model designed by Mark Dicks from the UK and manufactured by MX Components in Thailand.

​

The new IOM Malteser2X is the successor to the original Malteser, crafted to compete with the latest IOM designs.

​

"Our aim is to produce a winning design at an affordable price and offer this boat in various configurations."
